Lynn was born in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
From a very early age she studied drawing and painting and pursued further artistic studies during college.
In 1987 she moved to Encinitas, California with her husband and they have made California their home ever since. They have two sons.
A while ago Lynn was introduced to reverse glass painting through an
antiquities exhibit. She found it beautiful and intriguing.
Lynn pursued and developed her own version of this technique and has been professionally working at it for many years.
Her reverse painted glass work is in many private collections. In addition to reverse glass painting, Lynn paints on canvas and sculpts with clay.
She enjoys traveling immensely and these influences find their way into subject matter for her painting.
Hiking, running, music and an addiction to books are a few of her other favorite distractions.
